We are a Polish-Georgian team with many years of experience in tourism and horse riding in Europe and Georgia. Our mission is to create trips where, with a passion for horse riding, we will have the opportunity to bring closer the local culture and equestrian traditions. The main country of our activity is Georgia and the mountains of the Greater Caucasus, where we ride local horse breeds, train guides and try to promote stables that take care of the health of horses, and also develop in the best possible service of horses and guests. We work also in Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Serbia.
Our horse herd is located in the Eastern part of Georgia, where in winter it is located near the Vashlovani National Park, where in the fancy canyons and steppe we organize horse rides in the spring, from April to May. In addition, in March we lead part of our herd to Northern Kakheti, where in the vicinity of Alvani/Alaverdi we organize 1 and 2-day horse trips through vineyards, forests and the surrounding hills.
The main riding season starts in June. At the beginning of the month we drive the horses to the mountains of Tusheti and then organize a horseback riding tour for a small group of max. 5 people, where we have to lead about 30-40 horses through the mountains. Then our season includes horseback riding tours for intermediate and advanced riders on mountain trails, with gallops through mountain meadows and visiting the inhabitants of this amazing region.
For many centuries, Tusheti was cut off from the rest of Georgia, and the road to this region was not completed until 1985. Thanks to this, the original culture, old pre-Christian beliefs and exquisite culinary traditions have been preserved. Once a land of shepherds, today tourism is slowly starting there. Untouched nature, high, majestic mountains, defensive towers in villages, hospitable people and delicious cuisine are just a few of the advantages of this place.
Our horses are of the Caucasian breed, but we also have admixtures of the local Tushetian breed. They are not tall, but they are very strong and cope well on mountain paths with great exposure. Since we move in difficult terrain, we have a weight limit of 85 kg for guests. Luggage is always transported between villages by our car, so all rallies are light.
In the autumn, at the end of September, we organize a horse drive from the mountains to North Kakheti with a small group of our guests. There, our horses rest and for the winter we take them to the south of the region, where they run freely in the meadows for 3 months. We do not keep horses in boxes, but even when they are free, we know where they are and we have no problem with them returning.
We also organize horse rallies in Svaneti, which, although it is also a high-mountain region, has easier routes and more extensive valleys. On the way, we pass several peaks above 4,500 m above sea level, and villages with bright and more massive defensive towers. This is an adventure for intermediate riders and those who want to relax with amazing views.
